Shipping/Delivery & Tracking your order
We deliver across India.
- Dispatch Time: 3-4 working days after order confirmation
- Delivery Time: 4–13 working days (depending on location & national holidays)
- Priority Dispatch: We dispatch within 24-48 hours, for prepaid orders.
We collaborate with outside courier services. Even though we are dedicated to helping you, there are some situations—like bad weather, strikes, or unanticipated events—that are out of our control, but we will be there for you every step of the way.
The recipient is the only one who has access to the delivery executive's contact details, which can restrict our capacity to resolve some problems. In these circumstances, we appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery, a flat ₹180 handling fee is applied to cover additional courier costs.
- A whatsapp message/call will be connected to the customer in case of COD, and the package will only be dispatched once confirmed by the customer.
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping on our website, however you can whatsapp/instagram us and we can arrange delivery at international locations(shipping to be borne by customer).
