Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • In case of returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping and logistics return fee of ₹ 180, which will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Full money refund back to source can be requested, in the case the product is delivered damaged.
  • The refund will be made only for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns.
  • The store credit is valid for 365 Days.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If cancelled post shipping, Rs.180 will be deducted from the order value. 
  • In case of duplicate orders or accidental payment, please contact us immediately on whatsapp or email.
