Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Papihaa, your satisfaction matters to us. Every product is carefully crafted, but if you need to make a return/exchange, we’re here to help. Please note : 

  • We only offer exchanges if, in an unlikely scenario, an item has been delivered to you defective or damaged.
  • We don’t offer exchanges for size issues. All of our products have tailored size charts, please refer and find the perfect size, you can also reach out to us on whatsapp at 9509446278 for any sizing assistance.
  • Returns are only available in the case where you are not satisfied with the product quality.
  • Returns/Exchange are not available in case of COD orders, however only to available in an unlikely scenario when an item has been delivered to you defective or damaged.

Conditions:

  • Return/Exchange to be requested within 3 days from delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. 
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We strive to keep our images true to the product colours, however slight variation due to lighting may happen in rare cases.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, parcel opening video while focusing on defects is a must, and should be shared within 48 hours from delivery on our whatsapp or email.
  • Please note, products from our brand bought from other marketplaces are not eligible for any return or exchange on our website.
  • Return/Exchanges based on reasons like i don’t want it anymore, my family/spouse/friends don’t like etc, will not be considered.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

 

Return Amounts/Credits:

  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • In case of returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping and logistics return fee of ₹ 180, which will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Full money refund back to source can be requested, in the case the product is delivered damaged.
  • The refund will be made only for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns.
  • The store credit is valid for 365 Days.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

How to Request a return/exchange: 

WhatsApp us at 91-9509446278 or email papihaa.care@gmail.com  with your order number, reason, and preferred size.

  • In case of returns, mention your reason clearly, please consider that you only order when you are genuinely interested please. We are a small brand, and casual orders with no intention of purchase creates a lot of loss for us.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images, parcel opening video(without cuts, focusing on the damage) and details on our whatsapp 9509446278 or registered email id  papihaa.care@gmail.com . 
  • Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • We arrange a reverse pickup, for returns/exchanges from our end.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. 
  • Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  • Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases. 
  • Exchange orders are dispatched once the shipped product is received at our office, and thoroughly QCed.
